To safeguard the quality and coherence of the formation offered by the Order, accompanying the development of members without turning the journey into competition or automatism.

RESPONSABILITATES

• Oversee the structure and application of formation within the Scala Viae.
• Guide formators and those responsible for content when this falls within the competence of the Office.
• Safeguard coherence among lessons, practices, evaluations, and formative objectives.
• Oversee processes of evaluation and recommendation when institutionally authorized.
• Preserve the distinction between completion of requirements and institutional approval.
• Prevent formation from being reduced to scoring, ranking, automatism, or the mere acquisition of content.
