Offices of the Order
The Offices of the Order are distinct from the formative Gradus. They represent distinct institutional offices, each with its own nature, responsibilities, and access requirements. Actual access will be controlled in the future by dedicated permissions, without being conflated with spiritual or formative progression along the Via.
MAGISTER ORDINIS
Officium
Office of supreme governance, institutional unity, and guardianship of the overall direction of the Order.
PRIOR
Officium
Office of governance, internal coordination, and oversight of the ordinary life of the community.
SENESCALCUS
Officium
Office concerned with administration, material order, and coordination of the resources of the Order.
PRAECEPTOR
Officium
Office concerned with formation, guidance of studies, and oversight of the formative path.
HOSPITALARIUS
Officium
Office concerned with hospitality, care, welcome, and fraternal service.
CAPELLANUS
Officium
Office of spiritual assistance, prayer, and religious accompaniment in accordance with the Rule.
CANCELLARIUS
Officium
Office responsible for the chancery, records, and institutional documentation.
EXORCISTA ORDINIS
Officium
Specialized Office of the Order, distinct from the status of student of the Schola Exorcistarum Ordinis.
