To ensure that the material, administrative, and operational resources of the Order are organized and used responsibly, transparently, and in a manner consistent with its mission.

RESPONSABILITATES

• Oversee the administrative and material organization of the Order.
• Assist in managing the resources required for institutional activities.
• Coordinate operational matters when this competence is assigned to the Office.
• Safeguard the preservation and proper use of the property of the Order.
• Maintain administrative records under the responsibility of the Office.
• Render accounts and act in accordance with the institutional rules of oversight and transparency.
